You'll need to hike up to one of the neighborhoods that let you park on the street. The entrees were the halibut and the boneless pork chop. A perfect date night spot. My wife and I went for date night and had a couple drinks at the bar before being seated in the dining room. The butter cake is moist and not too sweet. At first I thought the spring rolls were a direct knock-off of Brodards spring rolls but was happy to see when I was leaving the article about how this was the restaurant is the Brodard owners' daughter. This place was super busy on a Saturday night when we dropped in but they had no trouble fitting the two of us in.

But this is proof otherwise. There is actually a good amount of chips and they are fresh as well! Anyways, we got greeted right away and ordered their famous plate for each person! I would suggest the host staff at least seat couples where they can be in a booth or at least not 5 feet away from one another. Ditto the french onion soup with the prix fixe. The restrooms are upstairs, so a jaunt up a level gave a quick peek at the main bar and restaurant. And everything was pretty delicious.

We sat outside on the patio which is bright yet shaded by umbrellas, and very comfortable due to the cushioned bench seating. She didn't hate it here!!! Our server definitely made up for it by bringing out their flourless chocolate cake to celebrate our anniversary. We would for sure come back. They just remodeled restaurant a year ago and it looks like a much more easier flow. . It involves a crazy walk around the back but is well-l worth it.

Service was wonderful, as I mentioned. . The Spanish music playing in the background was set at just the right volume. We went in for Thanksgiving dinner because no one wanted to cook. Only decent item they had was their chips. We started with some spring rolls and steamed buns. Our table fave was the creme brûlée for sure! Perhaps we early and mid-40s are getting too told for places such as this.

We cleaned up our plates fairly quickly. The table ended up with a prime rib, salmon, a sea bass and a vegan offering of portobello mushroom. I must also mention when reading a horrible reviews I tap on the reviewer's profile. First off, I gotta say that service was awesome. Best soup ive have in a long time i also got shrimp pad thai which was great as well. Will be back check for updates.

Didn't have any Mexican authenticity to their flavor. I did like that the mushrooms weren't the typical canned button mushrooms, not sure what they used, but it was very unique. It's raised naturally - by 'naturally' they mean truly natural - without hormones or steroids and with the highest regard for each animal. Prob because of the seeds left in there. Probably to cover up the smell? We had a wonderful evening dining at the Bungalow Restaurant in Corona del Mar. The patio is perfect for a dinner by the beach without the noise of inside. The skirt steak is always good as well.

Went to the Bungalow for the first time last week and we left very happy. Our talented mixologists excited to take you on a journey to sipping the perfect cocktail. It came with Asparagus and Broccoli only. Only qualifier is that everyone in our party was pretty darn hungry because the wait was a bit long. Free street parking if you can find a spot 2. And when I give them a low review, they snarl at me and threaten me, and say I'm an unhappy person and negative. So we were off to a great start! Wish we took pictures but honestly we were too into the vibe to care to pull out our phones.

I was a little disappointed as was Michelle about the amount of sauce but the vegetables were delightful! We ordered two of their signature margaritas which were absolutely amazing! But this is Newport Beach and a steal for what you get. This place is has surprisingly tasty Vietnamese and Thai dishes given this is Newport Beach area. However a large group was seated next to us right as we were getting our first course, n they were a bit loud! Before your visit, view our other. The only bad thing I have to say is we ordered the side of brussel sprouts which came out too over cooked so they were very mushy. .
